  • Plated lunches for up to 90 guests
  • Evening hors d’oeuvres receptions for up to 700 guests (museum buyout required)
  • Share your vision and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

What is included in the room rental cost?

Included with your room rental are tables, chairs, basic AV (screen, projector, microphones (amount varies per room), WiFi, and a dedicated Event Manager.

At the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum, our team will manage your venue rental, food and beverage, basic AV, and event rentals, staffing, set up and tear-down.

Take it a step further and let us manage your vendors; We will work with our preferred vendors, such as outside AV, floral centerpieces, décor, DJ, photo booth, and more! Adding the services to your final bill make the event planning process a breeze!
